Face Yoga Group Classes

Want to look younger than your age? And also naturally well-groomed regardless of your age? Sign up for group “Face Yoga” classes. In these classes, we will gradually explore three main techniques:

  • Face gymnastics

  • Vacuum self-massage with cups

  • Relieving muscle tension with face balls

Each technique complements the others and provides excellent results. Gradually, we will perform all three techniques + posture exercises + lymphatic system exercises and much more interesting in one “Face Yoga Group Class”. The main key is regular attendance and the desire to achieve the perfect face and posture. Take everything into your own hands, because it’s so simple.

Face Yoga Master Classes

Additionally, we are excited to offer master classes on natural rejuvenation called ‘Face Yoga’. These classes cover three techniques:

  • Facial exercises
  • Vacuum self-massage with cups
  • Release of muscle tension with balls

The master class is conducted in a single session. Each technique is presented separately, complementing each other and serving its own unique purpose. The duration of each master class is between 2 to 3 hours, which includes:

  • A breakdown of each exercise and personalized selection of exercises
  • All necessary accessories for facial work, which participants can take home
  • A methodical manual for practicing at home.
