Karlygash

My name is Karlygash, I am a certified yoga instructor, and a Founder of FlyFaceYogaNYC. A graduate of the Yoga Alliance International Institute (indian first International Yoga Alliance), and I am also a member of the International Association of Professional Faculty Gymnastics Trainers.I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. For three years I have been teaching my Master Classes in Kazakhstan using my highly effective techniques that have helped thousands of women get a completely new face. My methods are so effective and safe that after the first training you will see the result on your face. I conduct group and individual trainings (both online and offline available).
